Recently, Vietnam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Vietbank) strengthened to expand products and services, develop and expand the ecosystem on Vietbank Digital (Mobile Banking and Internet Banking version). Customers can now easily deposit savings, pay debt, pay bills: Electricity, water, telephone, tuition, hospital fees, pay for consumer loans, book train tickets, car tickets , airline tickets, look up customer information quickly. Along with creating experience for Vietbank users to launch payment functions via QR Code, via biometric authentication (fingerprint / Face ID) to help users make transactions quickly and securely and conveniently.

In addition, customers who experience Vietbank Digital service will be free of all registration fees, annual fees, account management fees. And from April 1, 2020, Vietbank will reduce the interbank transfer fee on Internet Bankiing and Mobile Banking from VND 11,000 to VND 2,200, applied for transactions of less than VND 2 million.

Along with the direction of the State Bank of Vietnam, converting magnetic card into CHIP / EMV card. Vietbank is one of the first banks in Vietnam to successfully implement 100% CHIP / EMV card standards, launching contactless payment via Contactless technology for domestic and international cardholders including for customers. Vietbank card issuers and customers pay at ATMs and POS machines of Vietbank.

Accompanying with customers, from now on, customers registering to issue Chip / EMV cards domestically and registering to use digital banking services of vietbank will receive many incentives and many other attractive programs. .
